Level of abstraction

 
So, he sat down and thought a bit.  He imagined the hunt last week: The tasty lizard he had caught and cooked over the fire.  The fleet deer that got away.  The neighbor who caught the deer, but fell over the edge of the cliff and broke his leg while struggling with the deer.
He imagined himself today catching that deer, now that it had injured its leg going over the cliff with the neighbor.
