He won't pay his toll!
But he's breathing my air anyway.

 Justify anything
glean confirmations
trash disconfirmations
That's bad.
He's bad.
unbridled
Imagination
Bring him to justice!  Punish him!
Severly!!
 Beat him severely
Every day.
...until he can't violate the law.
It's the law.
He's an outlaw.
 Brand him.
Stretch him on the rack.
Kill him if he persists.
It's self-defense.
Noone can deny me.
Time passes.
Modern times come.
Eventually, some of the breathing toll payers refuse to pay the air toll takers.
And then they do unto the takers as the takers have been doing unto them.

"Sic semper tyrannis!"
Rebellion!
They fought back...
Somebody got killed
Evildoers!
Me vs it
Human or other

We are good
...so my enemies are evil.
We must kill as many of them as we can
...because they don't respect human life.
Win vs Lose
Master or Slave
We must kill them in the most frightening ways we can
...because they are evil...
Terrorists!
Tear their bodies to shreds
Cluster bombs.

Burn them alive.
Fuel - air bombs
If you don't agree with me (and agree totally), then you, too, are
Evil
the drive shaft of an axis of evil
Death to you.
 We will burn you slowly.
We will nail you to a cross.
We will shock with a taser gun
...where it hurts the most
We will beat you every 15 days
...for years.
We will force you to sit on a long, pointed stick
...until you die
