Where in Waterfront Park can you see the Bill of Rights?

During World War II, Japanese Americans were incarcerated in many concentration camps throughout Western United States. (German Americans were not.) The Bill of Rights was forgotten for the moment for these Americans.  Today the city of Portland helps us remember what we must not forget with this memorial at the north end of Waterfront Park.  The street next to the park has been renamed for Bill Naito, one of the victims.
