Then comes the whole body assessment -- head to toe. Find fractures, internal injuries, external bleeding. Look for signs of shock, head injuries, internal bleeding. Note breathing, pain, rigidity, swelling, discoloration, dislocation, medi-alert bracelets, etc. |
