SW 19th Ave -- Moss to Capitol Hill

Southwest 19th Ave, between Barbur and Capitol Hill Rd
was once mostly drivable by an automobile
(with very high clearance).

But over the years, bit after bit of 19th north of

Moss St has been restricted to walker and bicycle only.

Now, new stairs and gravel trail have been
placed between Moss and Capitol Hill Rd
